What is SkillBridge?

The DoD SkillBridge Program allows eligible service members to participate in civilian job training, internships, or apprenticeships during their final 180 days of active duty. Participants continue to receive military pay and benefits while preparing for civilian employment.

No real estate license is required to participate in SkillBridge.

What Happens After?

There is no obligation of employment. Many participants choose to continue with FastJet Realty after separation— either pursuing licensing to become an agent or supporting operations and team growth.
