Take Music, Dance, and Theater Classes Near Your Verrado Home at AIM

Verrado home owners take their kids to lessons at Anderson Institute of Music. If you have a child in your Verrado home who loves music and the arts, check out the Anderson Institute of Music and the Performing Arts (AIM). It’s one of Arizona’s top performing arts schools, and it’s very close to Verrado real estate. The children’s program begins as young as six months and introduces students to the basics of music, rhythm, and dance. As kids get older they are introduced to more complex concepts in their chosen field. Those interested in music can take private lessons in just about any instrument: piano, woodwinds, guitar, strings, percussion, and voice. Songwriting lessons are also available. AIM music teachers are professional performers and recording artists.

AIM Students Perform in and around Verrado Real Estate

AIM also has a robust dance program. The program emphasizes classical ballet as the foundation of all other dance forms. Students can take their foundational dance skills and transfer them into jazz, tap, modern, and lyrical. Young people who love acting should check out AIM’s School of Dramatic Arts. Students learn theatrical skills by working on challenging parts, preparing solo performances, and learning to work with fellow students to bring a production to life. They also learn about the back-stage technology that goes into a successful production. This includes lighting and sound systems, recording equipment, and computer software.

AIM is a great choice for kids from any Verrado home who want to develop their musical and performing abilities. Not all students will go on to be professionals, but they will carry their skills and their love for the arts with them throughout their lives. For those who dream of a professional career in the arts, AIM is ideal. All teachers are working artists, as well as skilled teachers. AIM offers many opportunities for students to perform and hone their skills. The rigorous program prepares students to pursue the arts and college and ultimately in the professional world.

Visit AIM to learn more. Registration for the 2019/2020 season is open!
